Verde Gardens, Homestead's Futuristic Eco-Community

If you build it, they will come. And that's exactly why Verde Gardens, in Homestead, Fl was built and funded by Miami-Dade County.

It's a new one-hundred and forty-five unit facility for formerly homeless disabled families and I stopped by to find out they weren't just providing homes, but creating a sustainable eco-community too.
