I stopped by Paradise Farms this weekend for a Brunch in Paradise. It's very similar to their Dinners in Paradise, except it's a lot more relaxed and casual. The courtyard was full of families and kids and the brunch went by at a light airy pace. They served a beautiful yogurt parfait with mango puree, Knauss Berry Farm strawberries and homemade muesli.
We then had roasted oyster mushrooms, caramelized onions, Hani's goat cheese and pea shoots.
There was a bright brassica blend salad of greens from Paradise Farms with some heirloom tomatoes from Teena's Pride.
We had a hearty dish of calabaza (squash) ravioli in brown butter with malabar spinach.
Our lovely brunch was finished with some delightful little cookies. If you would like to know the remaining Brunch in Paradise schedules check out thier page.
